Shipping Policy
PROCESSING
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 business day. Typically all orders are shipped via Bike Flights, however, we reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order at the time of shipment. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your item ships.
Please be aware that all orders over $200 will ship with a signature required upon delivery.
IN-PERSON PICKUP AND DROP-OFF
We are excited to offer an In-Person Pickup and Drop-off option! We are currently offering appointment-only pickups and drop-offs. Appointments are available after 5pm, Monday through Friday, and from 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. If you select "Local Pickup" at checkout, you will be prompted to schedule a pickup appointment via email once your order is ready for pickup.

ALASKA, HAWAII, AND APO/FPO/DPO/PO BOXES SHIPPING
We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, military, diplomatic addresses or PO Boxes.
CANADIAN ORDERS
Due to variances in Import duties, taxes, and other charges, THE FULLTUNE does not currently ship to Canada.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we are only able to ship domestically to the continental 48 United States. We do not have the ability to ship to other locations.
PROMOTIONS
Shipping promotions are valid only for ground shipping within the continental US.
How much assembly is required?
We have a team of dedicated professionals who work hard to safely pack each and every bike.
Most bicycles will be shipped with the handlebars, front wheel, and seatpost removed.
Assembly for most bicycles will only require 4, 5, and 6mm hex keys. If you are working with carbon fiber parts, use of a torque wrench is necessary to assure the components aren't damaged structurally during assembly. Some bikes may require additional assembly.
THE FULLTUNE will NOT be held responsible for any damages that occur during re-assembly.
As this is technically a vehicle, we want to assure your utmost safety and we do our best to bring you quality parts and service at great prices. Please be sure your bicycle is assembled to factory specifications to guarantee your own safety on the road or trail.
Are bicycles and bicycle components under warranty?
Except as represented in this agreement, all work product by THE FULLTUNE is provided “AS IS”. Other than as provided in this agreement, THE FULLTUNE makes no other warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Are returns accepted?
All sales are final, and THE FULLTUNE does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. No Warranties THE FULLTUNE MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OR OPERATION OF BICYCLES OR COMPONENTS.
